Inclusive Silent Sundays

For those with additional and sensory needs, we’re also offering specially designed Silent Sunday sessions before the centre opens for trade. With reduced volume, no centre music, and a calm environment, these sessions provide a more relaxed experience.

Our friendly team will be on hand to assist, and some queuing is expected but we will strive to ensure a smooth entry. All who feel they would benefit from this quieter session are welcome.

For Silent Sundays, view the quiet booking dates and times.

*Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or amended to alternative dates or times.*

Your booked time is your allocated arrival time to join the queue, rather than a guaranteed entry time. Some queuing should be expected during busy periods. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your allocated time slot and allow additional time for Christmas traffic.

Profits from this experience will support the Blossom Children's Ward.

Please read all important information and T&Cs included in your booking confirmation email before attending.
